Supplier Direct Delivery Terms

These products are delivered directly to you by one of our trusted suppliers. By placing an order for these products, you agree to these Direct Delivery Terms, which apply alongside our standard Terms & Conditions.

Delivery & Contact Details

Our supplier will contact you directly by email and/or text message regarding your delivery. To enable this, we will share your name, delivery address, email address and mobile number with our supplier and their delivery partners where necessary to fulfil your order.

Delivery dates and times provided are estimates and may be subject to change.

Damaged, Missing or Incorrect Items

Please check your goods as soon as possible after delivery. If anything is damaged, missing or incorrect, please contact us at web@tudors.uk.com, quoting your order number and providing photographs where possible.

Cancellations & Returns

If you change your mind, you can notify us that you wish to cancel within 14 calendar days of receiving your goods. Please contact web@tudors.uk.com.

Our supplier will then contact you to arrange collection at no additional cost. Goods should be unused and, where applicable, returned with their original parts, instructions and packaging.

Once the goods have been collected and returned, they will be inspected. A deduction may be made from your refund if the goods have been used or handled beyond what is reasonably necessary to inspect them.

Refunds will be made to your original payment method in accordance with our standard Terms & Conditions and your statutory rights.
